The title of the article says it all... "The VA is waiting for us to die"... or get so fed up that you don't want to fight anymore. I've been fighting them for 16 years and can say that I have made some progress. Now the issue is that the VA is claiming to have "edvidence" but they won't produce it and denyied my claim. How can they make up evidence?!?!? (The crooks). I recommend that all veterans request your C-File from the VA and go through it with a fine-toothed comb and a rep from DAV/ VFW or a Lawyer who knows the VA laws. Don't give up... keep appealing and stay in their face.
