I had the Gay Perry sandwich Saturday at The Pig. It was tasty and inventive. The boudin blanc was really good. I especially liked the way it was dressed. Sam used dijon mustard, arugala and sliced radish. The mustard and the radish gave a pleasant heat to the dish, which offered a nice counterpoint to the mild sausage.
