"Grassroots infrastructure" = field offices staffed with full-time professional field organizers and directors who recruit, train, and manage volunteers who knock doors and make phone calls to voters. You would have a hard time finding a Voller detractor who disagrees with such expenditures.
Unfortunately, NCDP's "grassroots wing" defines it as funneling money to amateur county party operations with no plan, measurement, oversight, or accountability.
I thought they were gonna focus on jobs and economy, or something similar. Our classrooms and universities are about to get gutted. Instead of trying to find smart, practical cuts, these jokers are bringing up frivolous legislation that the state has no power to enforce.
