I'm not old enough to legally own a gun yet, but i'm close to my 18th birthday and i am going to get a gun. All of your theories would be correct of course if all of our guns could easily be tracked, but seriously a "crazed psychopath lunatic" or whatever you degraded them with, is going to having a gun if he wants to, it's as simple as hiding it! So i'm going to sit with my shotgun while the rest of America gets robbed and shot.
