After graduating from (The Art Institute of Atlanta) I moved back to Raleigh in 1985. I immediately started hanging out at Sadlacks, The Brewery and later the Fallout Shelter. Just to mention a few vague memories of mine, Errol getting all of his ear rings ripped out in a fight with some frat boy, Sunday all ages shows at The Brewery ,COC in the parking lot behind Sadlacks, Black Flag-Dead Kennedys at the old skating rink on Glenwood Ave., Sonic Youth ,Husker Du at the Brewery and a few years later the Pyschedelic Furs and The Cramps at Cat's Cradle in Chapel Hill. Fond memories of the good old days.
