i'd hope they could get the downtown area turned around as it could be a wonderful source of revenue, also it would be nice to walk through downtown and not see empty stores.

I believe they should leave the area alone. Stop trying to develop in the area, there needs to be some area for the wildlife to live in or we'll push the animals out of their homes and into ours.
