So the research hasn't been done in this relatively small new alternative section, but I thought overall the environmental (and residential, etc) impacts of NC1/2 were far less than NC3.
(and though the NC1/2 would also unfortunately affect the houses on that side, there would be fewer houses affected, according to documentation provided at several of the meetings)
