Though I smoke, I'm all for protecting unwitting strangers from second-hand smoke. But since smoking is the whole PURPOSE of a hookah bar, it seems silly to suggest that patrons or employees were unwittingly exposed to the smoke. I may be a big government liberal (and, oh boy, am I!) but sometimes I find myself mystified by the way state government wants to treat me like a four year old incapable of making decisions for myself.

I'm actually shocked to see Bean Traders not mentioned. I'm no expert, but to my mind, they offer the best espresso drinks in Durham.
