Thank you Indy Weekly for honoring the generous spirit of all those who make the magic happen the first Saturday of June. There is no "I" in BEAVER.
We say "act like a beaver and give a dam".

actually this is a Beaver Drag event. Five contestants hoping to be Durham's next Beaver Queen. Come out and vote. The event is free, votes cost $5. Money raised goes to Ellerbe Creek Watershed Association.
