Re: “Judicial races”
Did anyone on the endorsement staff bother to actually read the candidate questionnaires? Kerry Sutton pled guilty to DWI when she was 28, which hardly makes it a youthful indiscretion. And as district court judge she will preside over DWI trials in traffic court. Am I the only one missing the glaring absurdity? Somehow this relevant fact was omitted from the Indy's maudlin list of skills that are irrelevant to being a qualified judge.
