Ann Worthy is the only candidate with an outside-the-box jobs plan. She's among the first candidates to support eliminating credit scores as a part of the hiring process (except in highly financially-sensitive positions). She's got fresh ideas for innovating the process by which workers connect with work. And her approach to business development (DOMESTIC business development) represents another first. So, she's considerably more than just James Worthy's (of LA Laker fame) step-mom. She's a really refreshing candidate.
