Good news for the surrounding neighborhoods. Wondering what the site plans are going to look like. Seems like they'll need to significantly change some things (like tearing down some buildings) to fit this into Seaboard.
We're all going to need to work together to solve this one. Greg's ways of thinking could go a long way towards getting us to a point where that's possible.
Great feature. Thanks, Tina.
A strong connection to the existing downtown areas will be essential to making this project work. Effective transit options to both downtown Raleigh and Durham will make living in these spaces much more attractive. Here's hoping that they're able to build this connectivity.
Bonner Gaylord says some of the right things, some of the time. But he also exhibits something which (to me anyway) is almost always a fatal flaw in a politician: excessive slickness. I have an extremely hard time trusting someone who comes off in this manner. Fortunately, an excellent alternative has presented herself in the form of neighborhood advocate Edie Jeffreys. She'll have my vote.
I've known Edie for years. I can confirm the positive things written about her here, and know that she will be a strong advocate for livable Raleigh neighborhoods. She's got my vote.
Yes! This one too. Must do both!!
Worthy! Don't miss!!
