The Hillsborough Gallery of Arts is not new - it's been in business on Churton Street for three and a half years - but it has recently enlarged, almost doubling its space. It is a cooperatively run gallery owned by 20 local artists whose work is on display. Shows change monthly, with openings during the Last Friday Art Walk. Hours are 11-6 Mon-Sat, 1-4 Sun. www.hillsboroughgallery.com
