Hal's article on the late Molly Ivins hit the nail on the head. I routinely looked for her columns as a welcome relief to the right wing blather one must endure in the paper. I truly mourned her passing.

In a state soaking wet with Republican and hard right wing sentiment, I understand my view on this is probably something beyond unwelcome. To them, I can only say, too bad.
