I just wanted to make a comment, I too have been dealing with VA administration since 1981, and have been denied, I am dx with chronic PTSD, high blood pressre, MD, I have renal failure, on dialysis on 3X a week. The Va says I didn't serve, I proved I did service, I was not in combat, I proof I was, I discharged under coditions, I proof I was upgrade to honorable condition and ecter,ecter, ect. I can identify with Mr. Best and every Veteran out there. I've in limbo since 1981, I even have counsel, I am getting no where fast. Thanks Hubert E. Carter Vietnam Vet.
