The SAD, SAD truth is that until and without the name Eve Carson, this tragic lost of young American lives would still be going unnoticed and "uncared about" by all but their families. Clearly this was a PROBLEM and tragedy prior to the UNC and Duke murder victims (and has been for YEARS). Yet, there was NO SENSE OF URGENCY; NO CALL BY POLITICIANS to revamp probation laws or any "gang busting legislation", etc. The Carson family, along with thousands of others over the years, are paying a heavy price--the ultimate price--because our society, our politicians, our religious leaders, our business leaders--ONLY respond to one segment of society. THAT is the real tragedy. THUS, we will continue to ADD, needlessly to this body count and bury our potential (as a country) for greatness.
There are still great seats left for this show. If you're coming, be sure to RSVP on the official Facebook page http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=106121985470
