Re: “A face of the uninsured, a state of denial

Dear Editor, It has been said, "no one can take advantage of you, with out your consent". Therefore, if society failed to elect law makers who have the best interest of the American people in mind & demand accountability from the very elected law makers who swore to represent the American people's well being, how does society justify demanding fair health treatment from medical corporate franchises & health insurance corporations, established to make insurmountable profits & not to serve the American people? As long as the public heath is another business trade to gamble, those who provide health insurance coverage & medical services, priority is to make profit, just like any other business enterprise. Therefore, instead of barking at the wrong tree & hoping corporate sharks of America will have the heart serve all Americans, it's about time the American people rise up & create a law that guarantees health services to all citizens, irrelevant of their health insurance coverage. If not, the cries for health insurance coverage sounds the same old worn out song. We have been there before. Therefore, it's time to put up or shut up!!! Gerrie http://www.myspace.com/myseizures
