I totally agree. Check out this bill that just flew through the state senate 44-2 and is awaiting Purdue's signature: http://www.newsobserver.com/politics/story/1600611.html. I wonder how we can build up instead of out when wealthy contractors don't have to pay taxes for 3 years on new development...
