I'm surprised the article didn't mention the fluoride-thyroid connection. Fluoride is just one of a great many environmental hormone disruptors.

Instead of trying to sabotage her efforts, why not mobilize the community service spirit of local teenagers? Many have service hour requirements for h.s. graduation and this might be a fulfilling means to that end.

Never underestimate kids. Give them fresh food options and they will eat.
