firefly...bring food! whether from home, the food trucks, our restaurant neighbors, or from our test kitchen. We're also participating in the new Green To Go initiative as a drop-off spot for containers:
STGMGR, dogs won't be allowed in the bar/service area, but will continue to be allowed in the unconditioned indoor/outdoor "big room." Cheers, Sean
A big shout-out to Seth Gross of Bull City Burger & Brewery, who has led the way on this community project. We at Fullsteam are honored to be a part of it all, but Seth has been an amazing ringleader / herder of cats.
Contributors to the book include Bull City Burger and Brewery and Fullsteam. We're offering free Pork-and-Porter hand pies to anyone who orders a book tonight. Many thanks to Phoebe of Scratch for helping make the pies!
jgimondo: the date now listed online (Jan 27) is correct. We had first planned to host the event on Jan 28, but we decided to launch the first batch of the beer on a Sunday, not a Monday.
Quick clarification on "national": we're a long ways away from being able to roll out beyond our current footprint. We're committed to -- and focused on -- local distribution and a few key nearby markets (Charlotte, Washington D.C., Charleston, S.C.)
Cheers to Jeff and King, who give Durham their all. Thanks for all you do.
We at Fullsteam are thrilled to participate in the Durham and Carrboro Farmers' Markets. Look for us in late May after we officially open for business. The Mullet will be happy to serve you.
Sean (Fullsteam Brewery)
