Yes, the food is quite good. But from someone that worked at the Candler Park restaurant Atlanta and knows first hand- they are not good to their employees. They screw people over constanatly with no remorse. Even the chef that helped them create their reputation. I was gone by them but heard from someone still working there the owners were even horrible to her. The line cooks that were so vital to operation were suddenly disposable and now are at Thumbs Up. Thumbs Up is just as busy as the Buscuit because they are there and it's just as good. Then there's all the servers and prep cooks that could tell you stories that would make you wonder why these people are still in business.
They are still in business because the food is good. The critics give them good press. But think about who you are giving you are giving your money to. Or even more seriously - who you maybe thinking of working for.
Re: “Flying Biscuit Cafe lands in Raleigh”
Or the Corporate Biscuit lands in Raleigh.
