Re: “Nama Kiss: Raw, vegan, organic, scrumptious fudge

Wow, healthy fudge? I feel like I should find this abhorrent, but instead, I just want to try it.

Re: “Tiger style

Loved this column. I wish I could have seen your daughter perform her mighty roar, and the respect you've shown for Ms. L is wonderful.

Re: “An introduction to the Triangle's coffee and tea scenes

I'm with Carl, though I suspect many of our reactions are related to the proximity of our favorite roasters! Bean Traders with three locations, two in Durham, one in Chapel Hill, are all independently owned and all supplied with fresh, delicious roasted beans by Dave. Plus, they are consistently voted best coffeeshop in Durham.

Re: “Lunch with Joe Kwon, The Avett Brothers cellist and Taste on Tour blogger

Great article on Joe. He's a talented photographer in addition to his musical pursuits.

Re: “The Triangle's varied and vibrant drinking culture

Great job! You've reminded me that I need to check out the ones I haven't been to yet (Bowbarr, Neptune's) and did great service to the fine establishments that I have. We are getting quite lucky in our cocktail selection!

Re: “Playing filk and molesting Shakespeare at the ReConStruction sci-fi convention

I too was amazed by how well-versed Cummings and Schafer were in a hobby they've had for a couple of months! Great write-up. You have captured the same reaction I had most of the time while attending: I have no idea about half of what is going on here, but gosh darn-it, they are having fun doing it.

Re: “Main Street, the movie, surfaces in Cannes

Thanks for showing. Many of us were quite curious how the film would turn out and the answer seems to be "not well."
