Re: “Remembering Tim McLaurin”
I have just enjoyed reading a novel I found very cool, The Last Great Snake Show, and googled Tim McLaurin to see what else I could find. I am so sorry for his passing. In reading the book, I very much enjoyed the story, and most of all the characters' attitudes on being southern. What is special is not being "down south", but being in a southern state of mind. I have lived in Ga., SC, NC, and MS. and love being a girl raised in the south. I look forward to reading more of Tim's work.
