What is the difference between admitting undocumented students, especially those who have lived and been educated in NC for years and admitting foreign international students? Both groups pay out of state tuition and both groups must meet the same academic standards.
As an aside, I hope that readers noticed that Blue Rider's use of statistics in his first posting was a wonderful example of the saying that "statistics don't lie; liars do."
