It should be noted that The Herald-Sun's most recent former publisher, a guy named Moser, said in the paper's February 22 edition that circulation was in the 38,000 area. The authoritative Audit Bureau of Circulation reported just a few weeks later that the true figure was only about 32,860. The former publisher's erroneous number was never publicly corrected by the The Herald-Sun. Is this the kind of miscommunication that is to be expected from a so-called communications company?
