Oh say can you see...the cover for this issue blew me away. Kudos to Rizvanna Arinaz for showing how bold political statements can be made by what we wear. Who would of thought that could be done? Arinaz and Miller are a great team. My hope is that the Indy will continue to use them to take reporting on fashion to new heights. One nation, under God, with the freedom to wear what we want to speak to how disgusted we are with the status quo.
This is the way fashion is supposed to be presented. A true breath of fresh life from the typical spread that does no more than stir the trends that produce a world of look alikes. Fashion is more than a look, its a way of life. Well written. Great photos. Y'all ROCK!
Re: “An introduction to the Triangle's coffee and tea scenes”
You must be kidding-right? The credibility of this story is flushed due to no mention of the Bean Trader. Both locations (9th St and HWY 54 in Durham) are by far a class above the rest. Shame on you for not stating the obvious! I can't help but laugh at this over sight.
