The Raleigh Times Bar is a newly renovated restaurant that celebrates the past. The interior has the most perfect atmosphere including it's original plaster and brick finishes, hard wood floors with modern touches.Not to mention that most meals are eaten by candle light. It's perfect and you experience all forms of life depending on when you go, throughout the week you can eat an awesome meal (my favorite is either the cheddar and tomato sandwich including avacado or the times burger, both are amazing)and relax and have a long conversation. I am guilty of sitting there for hours just socializing because it's so easy going. The night life, however busy as you near the weekend is sophisticated and stylish. So if you are into awesome food, great style, and a restaurant in a league of its own go to the times bar. You'll be glad you did, It's the most fulfilling restaurant experience in Raleigh.
