Does this mean Dr. Franklin is in favor of all land owners giving their property back to all remaining Native Americans? This would, of course, include current black land owners. Somehow, I doubt it. I agree that more should be done to help those who are stuck in the poverty cycle, but it should have nothing to do with race. I don't believe the path to racial harmony and equality starts by offering a "special deal" to members of a particular race. Unless, of course, were talking about White folk. Honestly, whites are getting beat down to the point we can hardly be referred to as The Man anymore. Its sad, really.

Until the population stabilizes, you're only delaying the inevitable with all these ideas. When is someone in the government going to stand up and say we need to stabilize the national population?
