A lot of folks probably don't realize it, but this thing is huge. The Little Five Points business district has waited a long time for something like this, and these folks deserve not just a hand in the clapping sense, but a hand in the helping sense.
Now the owners of these buildings (including the City of Durham and Fireball White) should get off their duffs and sell or renovate. No demolitions, please, unless you want to assassinate the beauty of this history, and amputate part of the district. Oh, and if the owner of the space at BCHQ is smart, he'll not price out the group that is responsible for doubling his value overnight. He ought to be paying them.
