I intended to live in the Triangle for one year. That was more than a decade ago. At the Indy since 2004.

Indyweek.com member "localdick" is really excited about this show. He really thinks you should go. He also uses a lot of expletives and unnecessary references to activities that one tends to do alone, so I thought it best to delete his comment. Since this is a late show, localdick recommends going to Marsh Woodwinds to hear Chris Boerner and the Hot At Nights at 8 pm beforehand. That is all, thank you.

Our restaurant reviews are intentionally focused on highly anticipated, newly opened locations, as suggested by the column name: First Bite. As there are roughly 2,000+ restaurants in the Triangle area, this is helpful in limiting the scope. If the experience is overall unsatisfactory, we may return six months later for a second review.
