Is there a future for North Carolina hops farming? 

Greg Lewis is one of the world's foremost hops experts. With two other men, he holds a patent on Columbus, a bittering hop used especially in India Pale Ales and lagers. Originally from England, Lewis lives in Wake Forest, where he grows hops in his back yard.
