The road to real food
Chaudhry Halal Meats, a Siler City slaughterhouse that caters to local, small farmers, has been processing lamb, goat and other red meats for 10 years. Last month, the company added a poultry processing plant that will save Triangle-area chicken producers from driving out of state.
