Fracking chief Jim Womack attacks his enemies from the foxhole of his anonymous blog
Jim Womack, aka James Madison, prays before a Lee County commission meeting. According to the Library of Congress, the real Madison feared that unauthorized people would try to read his private and public correspondence.
