  • After garbage is dumped in Orange County Landfill, it is covered with a concrete solution to seal it before it is covered. Still, the landfill stinks, and Rogers-Eubanks neighborhood residents complain of the smell. In addition, buzzards, attracted by the landfill, roost in the area.
