At the gas station, biscuits, tortillas—and community
Vegetable samosas fresh from the deep fryer at the Calvander Food Mart, where Minesh and Manisha Patel inherited a menu of battered chicken and fish, in addition to hamburgers, hot dogs and biscuits. Cooking a full Indian menu is "too much work," Minesh explains.
