On the verge of eviction, Lincoln residents hope apartment complex gets new owners
Lincoln Apartments residents Kaye Schelle Lee (second from right) and Bernadette Currie (far right) asked Rick Hester, assistant director of Neighborhood Improvement Services (back), for copies of inspection reports for the complex. After a heated discussion, during which Hester did not provide the documents, an NIS employee called police.
