Arizona, Arkansas and Florida also passed anti-gay initiatives. "We are tired of separate but unequal," Chapel Hill High School teacher Tom Greene declared. "We are tired of being told, you must sit down, you must shut up, you must enjoy your second-class citizenship. We will no longer ask permission to love."
