My dog is Mr. Danny, and I am just thrilled to have made the cut....If my dog was not a candidate, I would cast all my votes for "Sophie" -- That is a classic, original shot of a beautiful dog...Kudos to the owner and photographer of this beautiful dog...and congrats to all the dogs...This has been such a fun contest and ALL these dogs are worthy of being selected as "Top Dog"! Happy New Year.

Hi there: I'm Russell's daddy. Aside from my night owl friends here, I used to live in Japan -- and 1 a.m.-8 a.m. here is 3 p.m.-midnight there. Everybody who has met me, from my pals here in Durham to my friends abroad, knows how much I love Russell.
I won't be too sad if Indy wins. I'm sure Indy is an awesome dog, too. But believe me, all the votes for good ol' Russ come from good old-fashioned humans that love the hound as much as I do.
