Corrupt Judge Walczyk continues to be a family court judge in the Wake County Courts. She is corrupt. She does not follow rules of the court and she also intentionally ignores the Constitution. She thinks she is above the rules. Probably because Judge Robert Rader's wife, whom is the Chief District Court Judge, gave money to her campaign. Judge Robert Rader should resign as Chief District Court Judge. He has under his watch, Judge Michael Denning, whom stated "China wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't for all the Chinese." Judge Michael Denning stayed on a case even thought he was personally connected to the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff's friends and family. More corruption. Judge Walczyk states it's "water under the bridge" when opposing counsel in a case violates rules of the Court. Judge Walczyk should be legally impeached as a Judge. Please feel free to look through her campaign finance reports, which show that her campaign manager is Evonne Hopkins, whom is a family court attorney whom is frequently in the family court. Judge Walczyk's spouse is facebook friends with attorneys that frequently have hearings before Judge Walczyk. It's one big circle of corruption in Judge Walczyk's court. Her campaign finance reports show so much as she even did business with the husband of one of the lawyers that is frequently in her court. This is a clear violation of the Judicial Code of Conduct but Walczyk follows nothing in the Judicial Code of Conduct. There are many, many issues with her Campaign Finance reports. It also clearly shows on them that Judge Robert Rader's wife, Megg Potter Rader, donated to her campaign. Judge Robert Rader is the Chief District Court Judge but he also has parties in his house where he invites people to them that have dealings with the Court. This behavior is clearly wrong. Judge Christine Walczyk is a fully corrupt Judge. The national news needs to be involved in this as a corrupt Judge should be legally impeached as a Judge. She laughs at litigants during court hearings, violates court rules and violates the Constitution.
