Local ingredient, handmade ice cream, phenomenal flavors, and the couple that runs it are really fabulous. I literally dream about the vietnamese coffee milkshake. I'm not exaggerating when I say it's actually the best ice cream ever.

What a pleasure it is to be the first Parlour fan to post a review of their product. It is, in a word, stunning. I have not yet had a flavor that I didn't think was first-rate, and the ones I tend to get regularly are some of the best I've ever had--particularly the salty butter caramel, which is in a class by itself. The toppings are as good as the ice cream: always fresh and, like the ice cream flavors, fantastically delicious. I'd also like to put in a good word for the proprietors, who are so friendly and professional that it would be a pleasure to support any endeavor they come up with. But in the meantime, I'm overjoyed to be a regular customer of Parlour. Whether you're a vegan or a traditionalist, whether it's time for a flavor combination you've never imagined or only a comforting single scoop and topping will do, Parlour is your taste buds' best friend.
