Priorities list

  • Would like to see changes in annexation laws. They would not like to see more restrictions on cities and towns with respect to annexation of developed areas inside of their ETJ.

  • Is interested in any new rules regarding water quality and Jordan Lake.

  • Would like to participate in grant funding opportunities for water and wastewater utilities that may emerge from the upcoming Federal Stimulus package.
