With few options in N.C., immigrants return to Mexico by bus
Mr. and Mrs. Soto wait for their connecting bus in Houston, Texas. The couple, who declined to provide their first names, came to the U.S. to visit their children, whom they had not seen in several years, and to meet their grandchildren for the first time.
