God bless the carnies. It's getting harder for them to grab the attention of the wallets on the midway. Even with prizes like the big stuffed bears clad in $100 bills, thumping sound systems and widescreen televisions, some folks still ignore them, texting and tweeting their friends: "OMG some guy is yelling at me!?!" Sensory overload is no longer a threat, it's a challenge.
