The service was terrible! My friend and I wanted to taste a couple wines before buying and the owner had an attitude from the beginning. We then purchased 2 glasses for $15.50. I gave her a $50 bill and she gave me change in mostly $1 bills. When I counted it later and again this morning, she kept $10 from me!! The owner and her husband STOLE money from me, the Customer!!!
I recommend NO ONE give her business and if you do, count your money carefully. She's a sneak!!!

Wonderful services and not only local products but international business owners reside and retail products that are hand made. Small venue so all sales are final, definitely not a corporate franchise. The cross country flare befriends many travelers and transplants looking for warmth and new friendships. Cozy Wine Bar where people know your name.
I received terrible Customer Service at Tirzas. The woman I dealt with was extremely rude and condescending. I was amazed to later learn that she was one of the owners. I love downtown Apex and frequent many of the businesses. I will definitely NOT be going back to this store.
This is my favorite venue in the Triangle. DJ's spinning eclectic music with live percussion on the weekends, a great atmosphere with nice lounge areas, and an interesting wine list make it a place you'd expect to find in Miami/New York/London. Anyone looking for something other than the normal college and dive bars should check it out.
