Raleigh declared North Carolina’s most livable city (if you can afford to live here)

The city of Raleigh won an award at its own party last night: a 4-star rating from STAR Communities, a DC-based nonprofit that tracks livability and sustainability. In doing so, it became the first 4-star city in the state. (Suck it, Charlotte.)
