Spotted: Wavy Gravy

We spotted the 1960s radical prankster. He was wearing a clown nose and toting a fish on a leash. And he was talking on a pay phone.

Must not have a cell (phone, that is). Radical.

We're about to see SAINT MISBEHAVIN': THE WAVY GRAVY MOVIE. We plan to ask him if he Twitters.
