What's not to love about Dopple Bock BBQ meatballs?

Surprise your holiday guests with dishes prepared with beer, specifically craft beer. The American Craft Beer Cookbook includes 150-plus recipes from breweries, brewpubs and chefs, including slow-cooked Dopple Bock BBQ meatballs, beer ice cream floats and chocolate Jefferson Stout cupcakes.

John Holl, editor of All About Beer Magazine, wrote the 352-page tome; he’ll sign copies of the book tonight from 5–8 p.m. at Fullsteam Brewery, 726 Rigsbee Ave., Durham.
